Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze product and software requirements to design effective solutions.
- Develop software by studying system flows, data usage, and work processes, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Investigate and resolve problem areas throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and propose improvements to enhance performance and availability.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams, systems analysts, and project managers to gather detailed requirements and clarify software capabilities.
- Perform coding tasks ensuring optimal software and module development, adhering to project standards.
- Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements and proposed software solutions.
- Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Modify software to fix bugs, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on programming activities, project specifications, and status updates.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including code descriptions, replication patterns, and project progress.
- Coordinate daily with the team on project status and provide feedback on usability and serviceability, reporting quality risks to stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Regularly obtain and incorporate client feedback to facilitate smooth and timely project delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and emerging technologies.
- Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications.
- Document solutions thoroughly using flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and formal reports to support client understanding.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, ensuring timely responses and adherence to business etiquette.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Engineering.
- Proven ability to deliver 100% error-free software onboarding and implementation.
- Experience in troubleshooting, managing software releases, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ability to generate timely and accurate MIS reports and documentation.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance processes.
