B1/B2 LAME (Dash 8 Q400)

Our client is a prominent domestic airline operator in Pakistan, offering both passenger and charter flight services. They are seeking experienced B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAMEs) specialized in the Dash 8 Q400 aircraft. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies. This role operates on a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off roster, with accommodation, flights, and transport provided at the base location.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on Dash 8 Q400 aircraft, adhering strictly to regulatory and company requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects across mechanical, electrical, avionics, and aircraft systems to maintain airworthiness.
- Certify completed maintenance work and release aircraft for service within the scope of licensing and company authorization.
- Conduct line maintenance inspections, defect rectifications, and provide Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support to optimize fleet availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical records, ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and aviation regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
- Valid EASA Part-66 B1/B2 license or an equivalent Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license recognized by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA).
- Appropriate Q400 aircraft and engine type rating with certification privileges.
- Eligibility for PCAA validation and company maintenance authorization.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A minimum of three years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, with recent hands-on experience on the Dash 8 Q400 strongly preferred.
- The position offers a structured touring roster of 6 weeks on duty followed by 3 weeks off, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
- Accommodation, flights, and transport are arranged and covered by the company at the base location, ensuring convenience and support for the engineer.
