B2B Cold Calling Specialist

Vortexian Tech LLC is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as B2B Cold Calling Specialists. This onsite role is based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, and requires working US shift hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidates will possess excellent English communication skills, clear pronunciation, and the ability to engage professionally with US-based clients. Fresh graduates with a completed bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply, and compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based businesses and healthcare facilities.
- Introduce and explain medical equipment-related services to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify potential customers to generate leads.
- Communicate professionally with US clients and decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Required Qualifications
- A completed bachelor’s degree is mandatory; candidates without a completed degree will not be considered.
- Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation.
- Confidence in speaking with US-based clients.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to handle international business calls professionally.
- Willingness to work US hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in B2B cold calling is advantageous but not required.
- Salary range: PKR 35,000 to PKR 55,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
