About the Role TGT Nexus is looking for motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executives to target the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to generate leads, engage business owners, and convert prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients in the United States.
- Conduct outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-ups with business owners and decision-makers.
- Present company products and services professionally to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs, explain suitable solutions, and handle objections effectively.
- Schedule meetings, generate qualified leads, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or American-accent-friendly speaking style.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, US sales, cold calling, or international call center sales is preferred.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with US-based business owners and decision-makers.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on sales performance.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
