B2B TELE SALES MARKETING - Bisonstechs

Bisonstechs is seeking a confident and energetic female Tele Sales Executive to join their sales team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals who are target-oriented and passionate about sales, particularly in the software and ERP solutions sector. The role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, promoting Bisonstechs’ ERP, POS, and software products, and converting leads into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to understand and explain technical products effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to generate potential sales leads and introduce Bisonstechs’ software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers.
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customers and leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications

- Female candidates with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in tele sales or software sales.
- Education level of Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and sales abilities.
- Effective objection-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven, motivated, and self-disciplined.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain software products.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Previous experience specifically in tele sales or software sales is preferred, enhancing the candidate’s ability to succeed in this role. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 55,000, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
