We are seeking a motivated B2B Ticketing Executive to join our team based in Bahria Town, Karachi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our B2B ticketing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B ticketing operations using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless ticketing processes.
- Maintain records and documentation related to ticketing transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in GDS platforms including Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with prior experience in B2B ticketing or related roles will be preferred.
- The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs. 33,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, plus commission incentives.
- Work location is in person at Bahria Town, Karachi, requiring candidates to either reside locally or be willing to commute.
