Looking for Regional Sales Manager Lahore based, who shall look after Sheikhupura and Kasur territories.
· Preparation of quarterly sales forecast of the region.
· Distribution of marketing & sales targets among his team members.
· Monitoring, controlling & evaluation of sales targets.
· Competitor analysis & strategic development.
· Working with existing and potential new sales accounts in a region to increase marketing share and penetrate the new unexplored market.
· Leads and manages the Sales team to achieve assigned sales and allocated targets.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities, contribute ideas for new product development by monitoring new/existing customer business activities.
· Ensure customer retention and work closely with customers to plan and implement appropriate sales strategies.
· Coordinate with and give inputs in the development of integrated communications and collaterals.
· Ensure that Sales team has professional product knowledge and sales skills to book the products in the market.
· Ensure excellent customer services through effective internal / external communication and timely deliveries.
