Back End Developer

Nexsoll Digital Agency, founded in 2024, is a growth-oriented company specializing in building web applications, SaaS platforms, and digital marketing solutions for clients across Canada, the US, and beyond. We pride ourselves on working efficiently, making data-driven decisions, and delivering reliable products that businesses depend on daily. We are currently seeking a skilled Back End Developer to join our on-site team in Bahawalpur. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side infrastructure that powers our web and SaaS applications. Collaboration with frontend developers, designers, and marketing professionals will be key to delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and server-side logic to support web and mobile applications.
- Model, optimize, and maintain relational databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Build and manage data migration and import pipelines to facilitate smooth data handling.
- Implement authentication, role-based access control, permissions, and security best practices.
- Deploy and maintain backend services on cloud platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services to enhance application functionality.
- Write clean, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Contribute to backend architecture design and continuously improve development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in backend development using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in REST API design and proficiency with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and clean software architecture.
- Experience deploying applications to Linux-based servers.
- Basic familiarity with frontend technologies such as React and Next.js.
- Comfortable working with Git version control and participating in team code reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Bahawalpur.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Docker, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and AWS cloud services.
- Background in data migration, ETL processes, or handling large-scale data workflows.
- Previous work on SaaS or multi-tenant systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with file processing involving PDFs, images, or CAD files is advantageous.
