Back End Developer

BangoPure Limited is looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join our expanding global team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing scalable backend systems, developing high-performance APIs, and driving technical initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Optimize database performance and manage data storage using PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Implement event-driven solutions utilizing Apache Kafka or similar platforms.
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines while adhering to DevOps best practices.
- Ensure system scalability, high availability, and performance optimization.
- Implement security best practices including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and actively participate in technical decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in backend software engineering or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and database optimization techniques.
- Experience with Apache Kafka or equivalent event-streaming platforms.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in system design, scalability, and performance tuning.
- Experience implementing security protocols including authentication and authorization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Leadership experience in mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and contributing to technical strategy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with GraphQL and API Gateway technologies.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Participation in architecture discussions and shaping technical strategy.
