Back End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer and Web Developer with a strong specialization in ERP and CRM systems to join our team on an on-site basis. This role involves designing and developing dynamic web applications and enterprise-level ERP/CRM solutions to support our US operations during night shift hours. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development, full-stack integration, and database optimization, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Web & Backend Development: Design, develop, and scale high-performance web applications and backend services using modern frameworks and technologies. Build solutions from the ground up or enhance existing systems to meet evolving business needs.

ERP & CRM Specialization: Customize, configure, and maintain ERP and CRM modules such as Sales, Finance, Inventory, and HR. Adapt workflows and system functionalities to align with operational requirements and improve efficiency.

Full-Stack Integration: Seamlessly connect backend services with responsive web frontends using modern web technologies and secure RESTful APIs or webhooks, ensuring smooth data flow and user experience.

Database Optimization: Design efficient database schemas, write complex and optimized queries, and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms to support robust application performance.

Night Shift Collaboration: Work physically from the office during night shifts aligned with US Eastern/Pacific business hours. Actively coordinate with US-based stakeholders, project managers, and team members to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve production issues, address web performance bottlenecks, and maintain system uptime at 99% or higher to guarantee reliable service availability.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend and web development roles, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver complex projects.

Domain Expertise: Proven track record working with ERP and CRM platforms such as Odoo, Frappe Framework, Salesforce, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Deep understanding of core business modules and customization techniques.

Web & Tech Stack: Proficiency in modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Skilled in backend programming languages such as Python, Node.js, PHP, or C#. Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL is essential.

Shift Commitment: Willingness and ability to work physically on-site during night shifts that correspond with US business hours, ensuring real-time collaboration.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to facilitate effective cross-border teamwork and clear documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
