We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our team at the University of South Asia, Cantt Campus, Lahore. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our AI-integrated platform by creating robust and scalable backend systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and Node.js.
- Design, implement, and manage APIs to ensure smooth integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to efficiently store and retrieve data.
- Implement authentication methods, security protocols, and perform basic server management to protect applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Utilize version control systems, primarily Git, to manage the codebase and support collaborative development efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in backend development using Python, Django, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of API development and integration techniques.
- Hands-on experience with both relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, security best practices, and basic server management.
- Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in backend development.
