This role suits professionals who enjoy solving complex problems, developing scalable backend systems, and collaborating with international teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable backend services that support business objectives.
- Develop APIs and integrate with external systems to enable seamless data exchange.
- Optimize database performance and reliability through effective schema design and query tuning.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to align backend development with overall product goals.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions to improve code quality and system design.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages, including Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Express, NestJS), PHP (Laravel, Symfony), Java (Spring Boot, Jakarta EE), or Go, Ruby, C/C++ for specialized systems.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, and/or NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.
- Solid understanding of API design principles, including REST; knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git version control and agile development workflows.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
