Backend Engineer | On-site

Located in Pine Avenue, Lake City, Lahore, this full-time Senior Backend Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to work on-site with a dynamic team. The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development, focusing on .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The monthly salary ranges between PKR 280,000 and PKR 350,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining secure, scalable backend applications that support business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core frameworks.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure seamless communication between systems.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work extensively with both SQL and NoSQL databases, leveraging cloud services for optimal performance.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, and Git to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements to maintain application reliability.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure or GCP.
- Solid understanding of REST API development, database management, containerization with Docker, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Effective problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
