Backend Engineer | On-site......

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 3-5 years of experience specializing in .NET technologies, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. This full-time, on-site position is based in Pine Avenue, Lake City, Lahore, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend applications, managing cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and ensuring the security, reliability, and optimal performance of production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable solutions.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work extensively with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud storage solutions, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and monitoring tools.
- Build and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Git.
- Manage VMware virtual machines and support overall infrastructure operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues promptly, focusing on optimizing application performance, security, and reliability.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployments on Azure and GCP.
- Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git for streamlined development workflows.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization, cloud security best practices, monitoring tools, and production troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Kubernetes services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates/Bicep.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular and cloud-native architectural patterns.
- Relevant certifications in Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or DevOps methodologies are a plus.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges from PKR 280,000 to PKR 350,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
