Backlinks / Link Building Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Backlinks / Link Building Specialist to join our team full-time at our Lahore office. This role operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of 30,000 to 35,000 PKR. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and preferably hold a bachelor’s degree. The position focuses on executing off-page SEO strategies, conducting backlink research and building, performing competitor analysis, managing outreach efforts, and tracking as well as reporting on backlink performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
- Conduct thorough backlink research to identify high-quality link-building opportunities.
- Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of backlinks through ethical and white-hat techniques.
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles to inform strategy and identify gaps.
- Manage outreach campaigns to establish relationships with relevant websites and influencers.
- Monitor and track backlink performance regularly to ensure link quality and relevance.
- Prepare detailed reports on backlink activities, progress, and SEO impact for management review.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in backlink building and off-page SEO.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, particularly off-page optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to conduct competitor analysis and backlink research using SEO tools.
- Experience with outreach strategies and relationship management for link acquisition.
- Ability to monitor and report on backlink metrics effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience.
