Department: Possession and Demarcation
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site demarcation and possession activities for residential, commercial, and industrial plots.
- Coordinate with Operation, Infrastructure and planning departments to ensure smooth handover of possession.
- Prepare and review demarcation plans, layouts, and site marking drawings as per approved master plans and IFC drawing.
- Conduct physical site verification and surveys to validate boundary limits and resolve disputes.
- Manage and lead field teams including surveyors, supervisors.
- Liaise with clients/customers for plot handover and address possession-related queries or issues.
- Maintain updated records of possession and demarcation status for internal reporting and audits.
- Ensure compliance with local land and construction regulations during demarcation works.
- Assist in resolving encroachments, overlaps, and other land-related conflicts.
- Provide technical input and support during project execution stages.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil works, preferably in land demarcation and possession department
- Strong understanding of surveying, land records, and plot boundary marking.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Total Station.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with local land laws and municipal regulations
