Bahria Golf City is seeking an experienced CCTV Operator to join our security team. The ideal candidate possesses at least eight years of experience in CCTV monitoring and is capable of maintaining vigilant surveillance to ensure the safety and security of the premises. This role involves continuously observing security camera feeds, identifying suspicious activities, and promptly reporting any incidents to the appropriate authorities to prevent theft, vandalism, or other security breaches. Attention to detail, quick response times, and a thorough understanding of security protocols are essential for success in this position. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for the daily management of video surveillance equipment, ensuring all cameras are functioning correctly and recordings are accurately maintained for future reference. Although this role does not involve team management responsibilities, effective communication skills are necessary to coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies when needed. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a secure environment by proactively detecting risks and ensuring robust adherence to security policies at Bahria Golf City.
Responsibilities

Monitor live feeds from CCTV cameras continuously to detect suspicious behavior or security incidents.
Maintain and operate surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance and coverage of all critical areas.
Document and report any observed security breaches, unusual activities, or incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
Review recorded footage as needed to assist investigations or respond to security concerns.
Coordinate with security personnel and relevant authorities to respond effectively to incidents.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance of CCTV systems and promptly report any malfunctions or technical issues.
Ensure the secure storage and archiving of recorded footage according to company policies and legal requirements.
Follow established security protocols and procedures to promote safety within the premises.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data privacy in handling surveillance footage.
Stay up to date on security technology trends to enhance monitoring capabilities and overall security measures.
