Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and oversee internal and external audits.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Manage a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and development within the department.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: CA, ACCA, ICMA, or equivalent professional qualification in accounting or finance.
- Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, and corporate governance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving capabilities.
