Bakery Branch Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our bakery retail shop located in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning while driving sales growth and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires hands-on management of staff, inventory, and financial processes to support the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail shop operations to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.
- Supervise staff, manage work schedules, and enforce adherence to company policies.
- Monitor sales performance, work towards achieving sales targets, and contribute to business growth.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professionally handle any customer complaints.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, cash handling, and prepare daily operational reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail operations or store management, preferably within a similar industry.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
- This is an in-person role based in Lahore, requiring full-time commitment.
