Job Opportunity: Baking Chef Instructor
COTHM is looking for a passionate, skilled, and experienced Baking Chef Instructor to join our team at the New Garden Town Campus.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality baking and pastry training to students.
- Demonstrate baking techniques, recipes, and presentation skills.
- Develop innovative baking recipes and practical learning activities.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and baking standards.
- Guide students in the proper use of baking equipment and ingredients.
- Ensure cost-effective use of ingredients and resources.
- Professional degree/diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional baking or bakery experience.
- Strong teaching, communication, and practical baking skills.
- Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety, and modern baking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
