Baking Instructor For Kamalia Campus

COTHM Kamalia is looking for a dedicated and skilled Baking Instructor to join its faculty team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both baking and culinary arts, with the ability to effectively teach and motivate students. This role involves delivering both practical and theoretical lessons, mentoring future chefs, and helping to cultivate a vibrant and creative learning atmosphere within the kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive baking and culinary classes, combining theory with hands-on practice.
- Mentor and guide students to develop their skills and confidence in baking and culinary arts.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Baking, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management. A certification from COTHM is considered an advantage.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in both baking and culinary fields.
- Proficiency in a wide range of baking and culinary techniques, as well as familiarity with kitchen equipment and modern food trends.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and instructions.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities to foster student engagement and teamwork.
- Capability to manage classroom activities and maintain a supportive learning environment.
