Role Description The Bancassurance Team Leaders and Sales Officers roles are full-time, on-site positions based in Quetta, Khuzdar, Bela, Turbat, Gawadar, Panjgur, Pishin, khuclack, Zhob, Muslim Bagh, Killa Saifullah.

Team Leaders will oversee bancassurance sales operations within designated bank branches, guide and support sales officers, monitor performance against targets, and coordinate closely with bank staff to optimize product placement and customer engagement.

Sales Officers will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting needs-based financial discussions, presenting suitable life insurance and related products, and completing sales processes in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Both roles will handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, prepare periodic sales reports, and participate in trainings and meetings to stay updated on products, processes, and market practices. The positions require a strong focus on achieving sales goals while ensuring a high standard of customer service and ethical conduct. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills to drive bancassurance business .
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interpersonal interaction.
Candidates for team leader roles should possess Team Management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and collaboration with bank staff.
A bachelor’s degree and Minimum 22year of Age.
