Job Description

  • Manage end to end Disciplinary Action Process of the Bank and Handling of employee grievances. Process may include:
  • Managing, coordinating and follow-ups related to Disciplinary Cases.
  • Conducting Domestic Inquiries.
  • Draft letters on matters related to labour laws such as terminations suspension, inquires, compensation & benefits
  • Providing effective and diverse advice on issues related to employment laws & disciplinary matters. 
  • Correspondence with DAAC and Legal Counsel for for early disposal of pending cases.
