Bannu Woollen Mills Ltd a listed company in the textile sector is looking for a dedicated and experienced candidate for the position of Company Secretary based at Bannu / Kohat (KPK).
The position requires the candidate to having following:
Qualification
The candidate should possess any of the given qualifications:
a) Member of recognized body of Professional Accountants i.e. ACCA/ACMA/PIPFA, or
b) Member of recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, or
c) Master degree in business administration or commerce or a law graduate from HEC recognized university.
Experience:
· Minimum 2-3 years, relevant experience of handling corporate and secretarial practices/functions of a company,
· Working knowledge of Company Law, Listing Regulations and other applicable regulations,
· Having good communication skills and ability to report at Board level
