Cashier

Responsibilities

Process and record cash transactions accurately following prescribed procedures.
Provide courteous and helpful service to patients and visitors during payment processes.
Maintain balanced cash drawers and prepare daily cash reports.
Verify payment amounts by comparing them with invoices or receipts.
Handle multiple payment methods including cash, credit cards, and checks efficiently.
Resolve any discrepancies in payments and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain the confidentiality of all financial transactions and patient information.
Communicate clearly and professionally to clarify payment details and resolve customer queries.
