Responsibilities

Promote and sell companys crop seeds including paddy, wheat, sesame, and vegetable seeds within the Mailsi district.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, farmers, and agricultural stakeholders to facilitate seed sales.
Provide expert advice and guidance on crop management strategies to optimize agricultural productivity.
Conduct pest and disease diagnosis and recommend appropriate control measures to minimize crop loss.
Oversee and ensure proper application of agrochemicals following recommended guidelines and safety standards.
Organize and lead field demonstrations and training sessions for farmers and dealers about seed usage and best agronomic practices.
Manage a small team comprising one person to support sales and technical activities, ensuring targets are met.
Collect field data and feedback from farmers to assist in product development and improvement.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize effective sales approaches.
Prepare reports on sales performance, field activities, and market insights for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and agricultural regulations within the district.
