Barista

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Baristas to join our team at our Bahawalpur DHA location. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to PKR 80,000 per month, based on experience and skills. The position involves working 12-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about crafting quality coffee and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks in accordance with company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Provide friendly, efficient customer service to create a positive experience for all patrons. Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary to support smooth operations. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service during shifts.

Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage with customers and team members. Candidates must be able to work long shifts, including weekends, demonstrating stamina and dedication. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are critical. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism is required.
