Layers is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring excellent customer service. Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards is essential to this role, along with contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Take customer orders accurately and deliver timely service to enhance the customer experience.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock efficiently, and adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Minimize product wastage by ensuring proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines rigorously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective branch operations.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and FIFO principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
