Job Title: Barista

Layers is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring excellent customer service. Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards is essential in this role to provide a pleasant experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment efficiently.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and all equipment used.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Minimize product wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain quality.
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and FIFO principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
