Barista

Zoom Marketing Oils is seeking a dedicated full-time Barista to join its team in Lahore. This on-site role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, while adhering to established recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, and ensure inventory is well-stocked. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, following company recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate coffee machines and other related equipment efficiently and safely.
- Handle light food preparation for snacks, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area throughout the shift.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure availability.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Adapt to shift schedules and assist with other duties as needed to support smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage positively with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Effective communication skills for taking orders clearly, explaining menu items, and coordinating with team members.
- Proficiency in barista skills, including operating coffee machines and preparing quality espresso-based beverages.
- Basic food preparation skills with an understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
