Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality guidelines. Operate espresso machines and other café equipment efficiently and safely. Assist with the preparation of baked goods and savory items as needed. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment by following health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth café operations. Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods effectively and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Required Qualifications
Proven barista skills, including espresso preparation, crafting specialty drinks, and basic food preparation techniques. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests. Effective communication abilities for taking orders clearly, coordinating with colleagues, and providing information to customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage time well, and multitask during peak hours. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards relevant to café or hospitality settings. Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining consistency in product quality and presentation. Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights as required.
