Barista management

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of a coffee shop, including managing the kitchen. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure smooth functioning, maintain high standards of service and quality, and coordinate all aspects of the establishment. The position is based on-site, demanding a proactive approach to managing both front-of-house and kitchen activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
- Supervise kitchen activities, including food preparation, hygiene, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with staff to maintain quality standards and timely service.
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle any operational challenges promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
- Train and motivate team members to deliver consistent performance and uphold company values.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing coffee shop or similar food service operations.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety standards.
