• We are looking for an Office Administration incumbent to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
  • Must have strong and dynamic personality with excellent communication, leadership, public dealing and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency among other duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative matters and devise ways to streamline procedures.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
  • Oversee facilitation and maintenance services of office.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • To facilitate in purchase services- when needed.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Negotiation with vendors to get good quotes of the required material.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events.
  • Timely resolve administrative issues.
  • Person have to look after all Administration related issues including liaison with Government Offices.
  • Maintain effective relationships with local authorities.
  • Ensure security protocols are in place & fully implemented.
  • Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles. Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
  • Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of vehicles servicing and inspection.
  • Perform vehicle registration, insurance formalities and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing fleet.

Job Specifications:

  •  Individuals having 5-6 years of hard-core experience of General Administration, maintenance & procurement.
  • Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Superb organizational, administrative and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergencies.
  • Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.
