We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of the digital/social ecosystem and be used to working in a collaborative and creative environment. A demonstrated history of running Google/ Facebook/Instagram paid acquisition campaigns is a key requirement. The candidate must know how to find, create and engage the right audiences in an ad campaign. 


  • Develop effective marketing and media buying practices on Google, Facebook/meta, and other leading platforms for various funnels
  • Coordinate day-to-day management of Google Ad campaigns, including Search, Display, PMAX, and Retargeting
  • Have regular meetings both internally and externally to update about the project status
  • Develop, set up, and manage robust and innovative paid social campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Run A/B tests and measure performance closely to optimize campaigns per results.
  • Troubleshoot campaigns for desired outcomes
  • Research and analyze social media habits and usage trends and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Stay up to date with the ad interface and functionality of leading platforms, including their targeting capabilities, optimizations, bidding strategies, policies, and in-platform creative approvals.
  • Skilfully manage spending to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) requirements, including Return on Ad Spend (RoAs), cost/lead, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and other leading indicator metrics.
  • Retrieve, track, and review analytics to access campaign performance, create reports to communicate impact, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Coordinate with content and creative team to create and launch appropriate creative sets
  • Expertly use Zapier to integrate with Facebook and improve tracking effectively.


  • At least two years of experience and demonstrated success in direct response marketing.
  • Expertise in social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Demonstrated history of running Facebook/Instagram paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting and conversion tracking/optimizations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook Ad manager and relevant tools
  • Knowledge of the buyer’s journey (cold, hot, warm) to pair ads with the right audience
  • Have a strong understanding of technology (e.g., Cloud, services, Windows stack, database technologies, etc.)
  • Experience using Google Tools, particularly Google Analytics (GA4), Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to think out of the box to boost performance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to work reliably and efficiently under demanding deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Google Ad Search/Analytics Certification and Facebook Blueprint certification are a plus
