Responsibilities:   

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to develop systemic and scalable recruiting programs and a talent pipeline
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Lead the organization's HR talent management cycle, which includes Talent and Performance Management, Compensation Management, and Leadership Development
  • Define and evaluate tool requirements with HR and non-HR groups to ensure process efficiency and data integrity across all systems
  • Work closely with hiring managers to recruit top employees for positions; ensure job description, skillset, and competencies are appropriately aligned with the position and the salary.
  • Analyze data from HR processes, including surveys and HR metrics, to create long-range plans for clients
  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency in HR processes so that the organization can hire and develop talent on a large scale while adhering to the company's principles 
  • Build a clear vision and strategy for the HR organization while leading an HR team.
  • Craft well-structured, error-free emails for internal team per need
  • Post on pages including Rozee.pk, Zohu, and Facebook pages
  • Manage special projects and other related responsibilities as assigned
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Coach/counsel employees and management
  • Create integrated solutions to employee problems/issues
  • Communicate company policies/programs/procedures while providing leadership around organizational change, process consultation, and organizational development.
  • Impart HR expertise to management personnel and influence clients based on company policy
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious online environment resulting in employee and client safety and well-being.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience with HRIS and HR analytics
  • 2+ years of configuration-level Workday experience preferred (HCM, Payroll, Absence, or Recruiting).
  • A track record of delivering large cross-functional and high-profile initiatives consistently and measurably.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience managing technical initiatives spanning multiple teams and functional areas are required.
  • Have a strong understanding of technology (e.g., Cloud,  services, Windows stack, database technologies, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization 
  • Organizational and planning skills and the ability to work reliably and efficiently under demanding deadlines with minimal supervision and to self-manage tasks
