Skills Required:
A strong graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related subject area. Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Experience of testing web apps and/or Mobile apps. Experience in creating and executing Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases. Ability to understand business process and logic. Ability to interact positively and effectively in a team environment. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Technical writing skills to prepare User Manuals, Process flows, Deployment Checklists. Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database. Familiar with Agile/SCRUM and experience in such environment is plus. Hands on experience of Load Runner is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
Review and understand Product and Business requirements Design test plans and test cases for Regression and Functional tests. Manually execute tests, record results, report defects and report test status. Communicating with onshore and offshore teams. To perform different types of testing like functional, acceptance, system, regression, smoke, sanity, performance and user acceptance. Bug reporting and tracking
