This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Baseline Tennis Academy located in Karachi Division. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will create strategies and presentations to find sponsors to organise tournaments
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Knowledge of the sports industry, particularly tennis, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
