Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Resolving customer complaints
Sending customer payment reminders
Processing orders
Helping customers with registration process
Keeping record of customer interaction
Taking feedback from customers of our products and services
Taking feedback of coaches from customers
Taking survey from customers about how to improve or if they have any complaints
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Managing students attendances

Qualifications

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
