Job Purpose:
To help in innovation, planning, designing and development of new technology applications for BAC-Pak within a new team
Mentor and lead agile engineering team to deliver high quality applications/apps.
Work with the team of developers to develop and support large-scale software systems.
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in developing roadmaps for both system and product growth.
- Support project management in project execution of cross functional activities.
- Design, plan, and execute projects to support company growth.
- Represent the team to leadership and other groups.
- Coach developers and improve their skills.
- Solving large-scale engineering challenges.
- Develop all required functionalities as per team plan.
- Ensure that all activities are being documented (in details) and well maintained.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
- + years of programming experience with astonishing development in JavaScript or any backend languages like NodeJS, PHP, Python, Spark etc.
- Must have strong grip of database technologies: SQL, NoSQL, others.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Computer Science or related field.
- Solid technical understanding and API documentation are essential for cross-team development.
- Demonstrate ability to improve technical processes.
- Agile development, daily scrum, taking ownership of both production issues and new features
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Software development leader in a large-scale organization.
- 7+ years of programming experience with astonishing development responsibilities in Python, PHP, NodeJS, AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Real world experience with MongoDB for NodeJS or PHP applications. Production MySQL is a plus.
- NodeJS ecosystem for daily development: Name your framework.
- RESTful API specification, implementation, JSON and solid documentation will be a plus (or SOAP webservice experience with leanings towards REST).
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Knowledge in WebRTC, AI and ML algorithms with hand on experience is a plus
