Deputy Manager Sales

The Deputy Manager Sales takes ownership of sales pipeline management and customer relationship management (CRM) to strengthen the companys foothold in competitive markets. The position requires preparation of accurate quotations and negotiation of commercial terms with customers, dealers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. By engaging effectively with these partners, the Deputy Manager ensures steady business growth while coordinating cross-functionally to deliver customer orders on time and within agreed specifications. Although this role does not involve direct team management, it requires excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and drive cohesive market development strategies. Candidates should have 10 years of relevant sales experience, a strong capability in market forecasting, and a proficient command of MS Office tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for Steel and PE Pipes within designated markets and territories.
Identify and pursue new customers, including dealers, contractors, consultants, and project-based clients to expand the customer base.
Manage existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business, enhance customer satisfaction, and build long-term loyalty.
Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate commercial terms clearly and professionally with customers to close deals successfully.
Follow up diligently on orders, coordinate shipments and deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of payments.
Monitor industry market trends, competitor activities, pricing policies, and emerging project opportunities to stay competitive and proactive.
Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, customer feedback, and market intelligence for reporting and strategy refinement.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track interactions, sales pipeline, and customer data effectively.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to forecast sales trends and plan resource allocation accordingly.
Support marketing initiatives and contribute to promotional activities designed to increase product visibility and market share.

BBJ Pipes are subjected to hydrostatic pressure test to check the weld strength. To maintain strict quality control, samples of the product are also regularly checked for tensile, flattening and bend tests according to prescribed standards. To ensure that quality pipes are being produced, we use on line Eddy Current and seam annealing to normalize weld seam according to APL 5L, to avoid tempered marten site in the weld seam and in heat affected zone. BBJ concentrates its attention on each stage of the manufacturing, galvanizing, finishing process, quality control and inspection to maintain standard of its product.
