BD Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team full-time at our Johar Town, Lahore office. This role operates on an evening shift and requires occasional travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing profiles on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces, identifying new business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, generating leads, and successfully closing projects. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships are essential. The salary range for this position is PKR 50,000 to 150,000, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize profiles on Upwork and various freelance marketplaces to maximize visibility and opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business leads through research and networking.
- Write clear, persuasive proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert them into active projects.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deliverables to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes regularly.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within freelance marketplaces or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of freelance platforms such as Upwork, including profile management and proposal writing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work evening shifts and travel as required.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and closing deals.
