Systical Agency is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in business development and sales. No prior experience with Upwork is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates should carefully consider the salary range before applying, as the base pay ranges from PKR 45,000 to 65,000 per month, depending on education, communication skills, and any relevant experience. In addition to the base salary, commissions are earned on every project closed. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and apply to suitable jobs through our Upwork profiles.
- Craft compelling proposals that attract client responses.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
- Relay client requirements to the development team and monitor progress until project completion.
- Participate in client calls when necessary to support project discussions.

Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree is mandatory; a degree in computer science is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential, as communication is a critical part of the role.
- A genuine interest in business development, rather than seeking just any job opportunity.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or Upwork bidding is beneficial but not required.

Shift and Location

This is a full-time, contract position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs65,000. Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
