BDE - Fresh Graduate

NSOL BPO is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join its expanding U.S. sales team. This onsite role, based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, involves engaging prospective U.S. clients through outbound cold calling, qualifying business opportunities, and scheduling Zoom appointments for the sales team. The position offers a competitive base salary with performance-based commissions and requires working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the U.S.
- Professionally introduce NSOL BPO’s services to potential customers
- Qualify prospects and identify viable business opportunities
- Schedule qualified Zoom appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the CRM system
- Build and nurture positive relationships with prospective clients
- Meet daily and monthly appointment-setting targets
- Handle objections professionally and effectively to secure appointments

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Strong objection-handling and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced onsite work environment
- Experience with CRM systems is considered a plus
