Responsible for searching and purchasing local/ imported supplies & amp: services at competitive prices as per technical specifications and within time requirements.
- Negotiate price at terms and conditions of contract with suppliers and vendors.
- Generation of purchase orders on software with material creation, description as per requirement.
- Maintain vendor files including details and documents regarding profiles, quotation and correspondence.
- Build strong working relationship both internally and with key suppliers.
- Liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.
- Maintain all related documentation, data and record.
