We are looking for a highly competent Corporate & Financial Manager who will be responsible for analyzing daily financial activities and providing insightful advice and guidance to the upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company's leaders to make informed and sound business decisions and achieve the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff, recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and develop strategies to enhance the company's financial position.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization by monitoring and analyzing financial performance.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances to assist with decision-making.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for their achievement.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget and monitor its implementation.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Collaborate with various departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Proficiency in using finance software and other relevant tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are followed.
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations related to finance.
- CA qualified (post article experience of 6-8 Years)
