Duties and Responsibilities:- Establish Customer Support Practices
- Manage Customer-Business Communications
- Solve Customer Issues

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Customer Service Practices
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Experience of CRM Software is a plus
- Strong Analytical Skills coupled with Project Management and Planning Skills
