Befiler is looking for results-driven BDE/Telesales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Document all call information according to SOPs.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Tele-sales Representative/BDE of at least more than a year.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Word & Excel
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent Listening Skills
- Relationship management skills and open-ness to feedback
- Multilingual will be preferred
