Belgian Jewels is seeking a creative and highly skilled Jewelry Attractor to serve as the in-house Creative Director for Social Media Content. This unique full-time role calls for an individual who can manage the entire organic content lifecycle independently, from strategic planning and scriptwriting to production, editing, and publishing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international-standard luxury content that aligns with the brand's premium, international, and aspirational positioning. With working hours from Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM, this role demands a hands-on execution mindset and a passion for quality storytelling that builds a world-class luxury brand presence across social media platforms.
The Jewelry Attractor should be proficient in brand promotion, social media marketing, videography, editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop. A strong understanding of modern luxury storytelling through video and imagery is essential. This role does not involve managing a team but requires a self-driven creative powerhouse capable of producing visually stunning and engaging content consistently. With at least two years of experience, the candidate will lead the brand's content strategy, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and social media design efforts, contributing directly to Belgian Jewels' growth and market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic content strategies that promote consistent growth across all social media channels.
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars to ensure a steady flow of engaging luxury content.
- Research and incorporate trending social media formats tailored for high-end brand storytelling.
- Align all content creation with the brands premium, international, and aspirational identity.
- Conceptualize and write compelling scripts for various types of videos including reels, shorts, brand stories, product showcases, lifestyle imagery, and educational luxury content.
- Independently plan and carry out video shoots, managing lighting, framing, camera angles, and composition to produce visually striking content.
- Edit both short-form and long-form videos using cinematic storytelling techniques, adding motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and controlling pacing to enhance viewer engagement.
- Design and create complementary social media graphics such as thumbnails, post covers, and carousel images using Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency throughout the creative process to uphold the luxury brands image.
- Continuously monitor and analyze content performance to optimize strategies and improve organic reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and brand objectives.
- Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and new tools to innovate and elevate the brands content.
- Maintain a self-motivated, organized approach to juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Use expertise in brand promotion and social media marketing to strengthen Belgian Jewels global presence.
