We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Corporate Compliance & Legal Associate to join our Islamabad office on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, SECP regulations, and other applicable corporate and regulatory laws.
- Manage company incorporations, statutory filings, annual compliances, and corporate secretarial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including local and international contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and joint venture agreements.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, including SECP, FBR, and other government departments, where required.
- Prepare business proposals, executive summaries, legal opinions, and client advisory reports.
- Conduct legal research, due diligence, and regulatory analysis.
- Possess a sound understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles to support advisory assignments.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: LLB/LLM, CA Inter (Articles Completed), ACCA, ICMA, or any other relevant professional qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in a law firm, consulting firm, corporate secretarial practice, or regulatory environment.
Skills:
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Strong command of corporate and commercial laws.
- Sound understanding of regulatory compliance and governance.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
