Manager Corporate Affairs

MUACO is a growing Chartered Accountancy firm based in Islamabad. We require ACCA qualified/ICMA / CA finalist with Articles Completed from a reputable Firm for our corporate and Advisory affair Department.

The candidate must have experience of Law in general and Companies ACT 2017.
Candidate must have prior experience of 3 years of working in “corporate &secretarial affairs”
Candidate shall be required to deal with Corporate Affairs, Secretarial works & basic legal affairs of various clients and to manage the related departmental work of various clients. Overall working and processing of Corporate & Secretarial Services including:
Formation of companies and all other legal form of entities.
Filing of statutory returns.
Drafting of agreements, trust deeds and any other documents related to corporate compliance. Preparing and filing of minutes of the statutory meetings.
Responsible for compliance and advisory services covering corporate and secretarial services.
Ensuring compliance with respect of all laws relating to corporate entities including foreign exchange manual of State Bank of Pakistan.
Dealing with any other matter related to assigned Services.

Requirements:

Proven work experience at likewise position (At least 3 years or more);
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems;
Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships;
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
Must be ACCA Qualified/ CA Finalist (Completed Articles from reputed Firm)

Package:

Gross Salary: 70,000 Negotiable
